Below are the types of surrender forms we offer to get a better idea of your situation. Please complete the one that is most accurate for you. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we have space for every cat and kitten we get pleas for. However, if you adopted the cat/kitten from SACR, we will always take back our former kitties. We can help many locations when we have the capacity, but if you're in Phoenix or a surrounding area, we recommend posting your plea for help in a Facebook group called Kitten Rescue AZ. Many resources/organizations are in the group and will get tagged or contact you to potentially help.
